- No refunds or exchanges after your order is placed.
- All orders will either be picked up at our shop or be shipped (if you choose to pay for shipping)
- We will send an email to the provided email once your order is complete and ready to pick up
- Items for specific fundraisers will not go into production until all the orders are in for that fundraiser. So depending on when the organization wants to close the fundraiser it may take a month+ to recieve your items.
